In stage 1 its behind one of the vending machines, just punch it a couple times, stage 2 is behind a tree like stage 1 i think, stage 3... no clue, stage 4 is a bit complicated, so go to the cemetery once you reach the end go back while jumping up you should be teleport to a bedroom, then kill the two enemys and they will give a key anyways continue like normal until you see a door with a lock and there you go and finally in stage 5 i forgot.
