well if you look my old comments my idea that pregnant mode has a different story in stage 4 in a flashback sonic was captured 9 months ago the ritual start very early and the ritual works lah and sonic the werehog got married and lah is pregnant and the present she going give birth after defeating her she will give birth

Since Lah is a ghost, she'd have to give birth through someone else's body. Though, if you think about it that way, even though she'd be giving her essence/energy to the child, technically it still wouldn't be hers biologically. To my knowledge, Lah has been a ghost for a VERY long time, so unless it was to change the entire backstory of the character to have her only die recently after Werehog Sonic got captured, it wouldn't really work. You can't really impregnate a ghost, since that'd be living matter in an incoporeal dead being.

and true about tails,ahri from league of legends is always beautiful and she is a kitsune too so is normal with tails controling his emotions to not be a powerfull monster kitsune.
and about the ghost girl from stage 4,yeah,you can't be pregnant too with these robots,you know... the thing with the motor oil,sometimes i love when the characters suck buzz bomber's tube and end to looks like using a sexy black lipstick because of the oil in their mouth.

That's a very, very different thing. Through bioengineering it's entirely possible for a male to end up giving birth (it also wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for the lust gas in the game to alter the genetic makeup of the characters. As we've seen, it already changed the physical characteristics of some enemies.
Taking a being that is literally dead and with no physical body and allowing it to give birth is completely impossible in every potential sense of the word, be it physical, scientific, or magical. Life has to come from life, that's a basic function of reproduction. It's like saying you cum on a toaster and make a humanoid waffle maker offspring.

that would be more for a zombie or something, but she is a ghost, so she could get pregnant in a more spiritual sense, like the soul of the boy (or girl) grows inside her after sex or something
As I say, you are underestimating the power of the script, as long as someone can imagine it, it can be done, how is it possible?, i mean, it could be explained if you want to, but so much lore for something so secondary in a porn game is unnecessary in my opinion

You draw the line at Preggo ghost girl but not Preggo Tails. Sounds like a double standard to me.
