I must have forgotten. Does she leave Mike for the guy she met at the restaurant? I only remembered her fooling around behind his back (cheating) but still wanting to be with Mike.
In that case, doesn't she do it because she is forced to and would rather be with Mike? If anything, Mike steals her from the CEO.
Though he may have prostituted them for the sake of money, that wouldn't count as NTR unless they decided to leave Mike for the other execs.
So it looks like a measure of infidelity and non-monogamy, but Mike remains the one these LIs choose at the end of the day.

There's two more scenes. It starts with "work in the morning" but it seems it's not working for some people. For me it worked when I worked at 10 AM. Maybe try different times in the morning, that's my only guess.
if you are using riva tune or any other software to view the fps of the game, turn it off and the game will work normally
