It will be both an "in game thing" and an "ending thing" depending on the girl.
when you hit the 20% barrier, there should be some hint on how to progress.
something like:
* when you make a compliment while bree is at 20%, the mc thinks "I wonder how bree spents her weekends..."
* when you make a compliment while sasha is at 20%, the mc says "you know so much about about people.", to which she responds "I picked up one or two things at the pub. And sometimes one or two guys, as well ;-)"
* when it's saturday, bree is at 20%, sasha will text you: "Have you seen bree? I can't find her anywhere"
something like:

Thx for the idea, to be honest I am not even sure yet if I'll keep the barrier, I am thiknig of having just a 50 barrier that will prevent you from having sex with the girl before reaching a certain point in her story.
I like the barrier in general. It shifts the focus away from the grind and towards the story.
The only problem is the frustration that come from not being aware of the barrier, and not knowing how to deal with it.

the bariers are an sich a good mechanic, from what I've seen here it's mostly that people don't know about the scenes and that the prerequisites for the scenes are a bit obscure (for example I would have completely missed bree's 3th event if the bug with the Z-box hadn't happened, also that time I pestered you for 2 days about sasha's first event

Looked promising but a lot of missed opportunities to expand the mechanics you already put in place in the game.
Instead of introducing new girls and another set of endless grinding (dates,gifts,chats) you should think about expanding the existing content.
Girls sexual encounters are very limited and could use a big refresh - artwork and actual content wise.
Sasha is an endless source of new toys to play with and they should be used in both girls encounters (handcuffs, rope, dildo, etc.)
Having the option to visit girls rooms is completely unused and if made actually usable could cut on the boring repetitive grinding. I mean - Sasha is your pet, why can't you just visit her in her room and do stuff?
Text messages exchanges are completely misleading and confusing - no matter if you have 20% or 100% love/submission with any of the girls they are the same and implicate you fucked them both to eternity and beyond even if you just started playing the game.
I know your patrons want more content but there is a thing called priorities...
What is more important - to have a game with content that works fine and does not get boring fast or to have more girls?

It just delays the unevitable grinding boredom for a few hours at most.

I do both at the same time, next update will have a new girl with her 5 story events and a sex scene. It will also have the option to peep at the girls in the shower, and a CG to watch tv with them that will be later improved on with massages and blowjob.
Nothing is happening in the girl's room for now because I don't have the final art for them, once I have you will of course be able to go there and do naughty stuff with the girls.
My patrons just voted massively for more content with the existing girls instead of introducing new ones, so after Audrey and Aletta are introduced I will focus on content for the girls in the game for a while.

You are certainly aware,as they are, that you are severely lacking in the CG department - please do work on it and you might get one more patron
Girls need more variety in clothes too or even the option for the MC to change their clothes when he gifts them.
