I'm assuming you're talking about male mc so not really, you'll have a conversation with the girl telling you she's pregnant, some you can permanently loose if you handle the conversation poorly, Shiori for example will leave the game if you tell her to get an abortion, meanwhile Reona's the opposite, she'll insist on an abortion (Her pregnancy content is probably going to be tied to her purity score if I had to guess.), if you keep the pregnancy and have the pregnancy duration option on immersive then the girl will eventually give birth and she'll loose 25
and you'll have to pay 100
in child support every week (100 for each baby so 2 babies equals 200), but if you have endless pregnancies turned on instead then well now the girls pregnant meaning you can't buy the girls drinks anymore (infact if you even try they'll get pissed at you). So the ansfer is not anymore. And what i ment is if youre not trying to be a massive dick you had to marry her which is good ending but still game over. Now you can pay child support and keep playing. Thanks for the info.

Thanks. Unfortunately, Reona has unavoidable pseudo-NTR where she blows another dude. That’s a real letdown. Maybe this month’s update will make it optional in her Purity Path.

.Guys everyone just please ask the dev to change the Reona pub NTR scene to optional (a way to avoid it by doing an action before the scene happens like some other NTR scenes or give us a choice where if we make correct choice NTR scene does not happen). It should be like all the other NTR scenes in the game for the other characters in game with NTR scenes. Please guys speak up about it to the dev so that he actually listens to what we are saying/asking him for. So I'm playing the game for the first time in a while. There've been some good additions. The lag got totally fixed at some point. Out of the newly-datable girls, Amy's especially hot. But there are also some... not exactly bugs. Oversights.
Sam's carrying RYAN'S baby. Some time after the wedding, before I ever got it on with her, she started showing up pregnant. Yes, I'm sure I didn't do her and forget: the pregnancy option specifically applies to the player's kids, so after a couple months Sam was no longer pregnant despite mine being set to "endless," and I wasn't hit with child support.
Also, Bree is extremely dead in my run. I hadn't seen the "Kylie murders Bree" scenario before and decided to steer things that way, plus for extra fucked-up-ness I knocked Bree up first. And yet...
...Bree comes back from the dead, still preggers, just to encourage my relationship with the ambiguously British girl, then returns to the grave.
