It's been a while since you asked this, but no one else has mentioned it.
If Dwayne is still alive and Bree comes by the office, he will propose that you bring her back for a 'grand tour' event that basically amounts to having a threeway with Bree and Dwayne in his office. During that scene, Dwayne takes Bree from behind and finishes inside, and it is (or at least was a few builds back) possible for him to get her pregnant and for the pregnancy alert to trigger when Dwayne cums inside Bree.
As of about January, the resulting pregnancy proceeds as normal with no changes in dialogue or ending to reflect the baby's parentage. I doubt that's been updated but I haven't tested it lately.

Use this. Copy the "game" folder to your "game". Open game and look for "call someone in" if active mod. When someone in the house on evening just go somewhere out like "park" and use "call someone in" icon. Done.

I read through thread that it is possible for Kylie to be both on reform path and in taming harem but could someone kindly explain me exacly how to do it because however i try to do this i always get that scene where kylie has running makeup

Game play wise, its not in the game yet.
Story wise, the baby will get in the way of her lifestyle.
I think there is a bug with the Anna and Kleio showdown for the band harem, I have all critera checked and they have been at the same location plenty of times, it just won't trigger, could be because I formed the pixie harem first?
No, because the taming harem requires her to be a certain level of crazy to be initiated (20, IIRC), while the redemption path requires her to stay below that threshold. If at any point she goes above the threshold, she'll return to a non-redemption path. I did however make a simple mod to lock her tsundere stat once the redemption path is done, as well as remove the threshold for the harem, and I've had no issues with it so far. You can check my post history if you want to give it a try, it should be compatible with existing saves as long as Kylie has not exceeded the tsundere threshold already. It's also possible to do with console commands by manually triggering the correct events, but I don't know them off the top of my head.
Reona, is there any command to change hair color? My purity value is already 20 but it has not changed.
