Most sharing stuff is on the corruption route. You could do the love story then corrupt them afterwards if you wanted.

You can't get into her spare bedroom. You have to train Jen at the club.

Yep, turns out I had been a bit behind on Jen's training so the option wasn't showing up yet. My bad. Now there's another question though, is that greyed out option for Lydia at the Office that requires Escorting to be unlocked, and Prostitution levels... is that a placeholder, or is it unlockable?

It's unlockable. You can train Lydia's prostitute stat at the gym (you might need to press the button to go back to fit level 9 content). Also you need to start the escorting business with Jen first.
