what about the new home events for jen and lydia ?

They didn't get any, just some appearances in the Fiona content.

I am having trouble unlocking advanced sex shop. As I understand it should be on the MC pc in the misc tab. But nothing is there. I already have an evening option to use toys and Jen's stats are 3315 and 3720. Could someone, please, help me out? Search results didn't have that kind of problem, and I didn't have the last playthrough either, maybe I am missing something.

The trigger is a bit wonky. You can try doing another clothing event in the kitchen (lunch or dinner) and see if the link appears the next day.
