I agree with that, I really don't like lesbian content at all. I don't mind random NPCs, they can do whatever they want, but I wouldn't like any romantic or sexual interest to be with anyone other than the MC. If that exists, then I would like to avoid that girl or have an option for the girl to only want the MC.

For those who like girls to be with other people, just choose the other option so there's no problem. In my opinion, I think that would be the best way to avoid discussions in the comments.
Having options to avoid certain content and that's it. But not to skip it, but to not have that happen, would be the best.
