Extended Scenes mod updated with a Day 15 NTR scene. I believe the updated mod version 0.85mab2 should work with game version 0.80 here. Try it and let me know.
EDIT: Looks like it won't work after all, primarily due to the upgrade in Renpy version from 8.3.2 (in v0.80) to 8.4.1 (in 0.85)

I played this game like 6-7 times with last 6-7 updates but I didn't encounter a NTR or Cheating scene. And also with WT-mod. Is there a way to see these scenes?

because there isn't any yet other than mention of the mother and sister cheating but never see it from what I recall. Otherwise only cheating is the MC having sex with others either by helping Lisa cheat while in a relationship or MC cheating when officially Ava's boyfriend. I think the actual NTR / cheating scenes gonna happen in the next few updates however.

Then why'd they add the tag there? its logical for me to assume there is NTR happening in the current version of the game when i see the tag there.

not the first game has the tag when it doesn't happen yet with the MC doesn't meant it doesn't happen with other character however. Now I disagree that the tag shouldn't be there as it's a theme of the game with other characters. While it's something you are looking forward to seeing at the same time and is a disappointment for you. At the same time seeing how it's a theme of the game with other character that may be enough for someone people to dislike that about the game and the tag lets them no it's not for them. So there is 2 sides of the coin.

My position for the matter still stands. If its not in the game yet, it shouldn't be on the tag list. It should be on "Planned tags" section under the Genre: section.

yeah I get that and normally id agree I only disagree because it has happened with other characters just not the MC and his girl , so for me it feels like the theme is in the game already and that is enough at least to me. Like I said 2 sides of the same coin some are interested in only seeing it happen to the MC while others like it from all perspectives.
