honestly this game has to many cute renders to pick from it's cuteness overload. sort of but not really. Actual NTR from a cheating point of view no. But if you count emotional NTR then yes. As there is a scene if you have sex with Lisa both times ( at least I think you need to have sex with her both times). The MC will see her having sex with her boyfriend and you can't help but feel the MC feels like he got cheated on and is jealous and mad by the way he looks in the scene. At least that's the way I saw it.
