Apologies if this has been asked a billion times (140+ pages of thread to read though...) Before I commit to going through this game, is this still true? I'm not interested in a sharing/ntr/nts experience right now, and that also includes lesbian content (I treat sharing with male/female fairly equally for the most part).

The Main focus of the game is Ava and if you want too also Zoe. It's not an NTR focused game. You can play the game completely with a faithful Ava. Ava can have a G/G scene where MC is partly included and she can cheat on you. In my opinion the best route is the Ava love route with Zoe. And if you don't cheat one her it's basically a love,comedy, wholesome play trough.

There is only one girl where you have no choice seeing her have sex with her boyfriend. And that's Lisa. The girl you met right at the beginning. If you avoid having sex with her the game (MC's reaction) should threat her like a friend you made on your way home.

There is also a route where you meet Zuni and you neglect Ava. This is not a everything is awesome, lovely, wholesome route but also not a dark one.

With what you said I would suggest playing the Love Ava route and also with MC being faithful. I would also highly suggest to include Zoe but that is up to you.
But if you don't like Ava or seeing Lisa even not being an Li having sex with her boyfriend (3-5 images) is already to much.. then the game won't be fun for you.

There are scenes with MC that will be reworked in the future. Specially those were he is a bit to playful with others specially Ava's mom. Those scenes might feel a bit off but I don't want to start reworking scenes before the game is done.

I try to have the same things happen in all routes. So if Ava is in one route shopping with zoe for example they do that in the other routes as well. So it's not like on the love route she is shopping and on the other route she is which MC. The Lisa sex with her boyfriend scene happens after a bit alcohol on Zoe's birthday. And depending on how you interact with her before the MC reaction is different. But he always goes to the same way (to the toilet) and that's he will always caught them having sex.

Please keep in mind that the choices "if you are interested in her story" doesn't mean she is an LI now. It just means if you want to skip that character. So I would advise to accept all. That doesn't mean automatically you will have sex with someone. Looking back it's not really necessary but if I change the code than all save games will be broken.

There is no incest content in Lovephobia. At no time they will interact sexually together. Same goes with MC's sister and his mom.
And why and how it is possible to date both sisters is something I don't want to spoiler. But it's not like he has a giant cock and thats why everyone wants him and both sisters are just craving for his giant cock thing.

I think that's seen more as a comedic situation than a sexual one. Also iirc he didn't show her on purpose. It was an accident which can very well happen in real life too if you keep images like that in your gallery. Don't judge the game on that alone. If you behave this game is very wholesome but also quite emotional.

I didn't have that issue in that scene, but I can see how it can come across that way. I thought it was a fun way to show the audience that the MC happily fucks around and treats sex as a commodity. It's about the conquest and release, not actual intimacy.
What did bother me is how it introduces Ava through the MC's eyes. It comes down to "She's a friend, she has nobody else, and we fuck. I don't even think she's attractive."
Then the narrative tries to convince us that Ava is actually super important to him... Coming into this game blindly, this was jarring. I tend to believe what the protagonist tells me. Introducing Ava through a lie the MC tells himself put me on the wrong foot. I ignored Ava, and all the remarks about him and Ava being destined for each other I just saw as coming from busybodies who should mind their own business.

That could make for some plot twist opportunities down the road, although we should have ways of somewhat validating or invalidating what his narrative actually is over time.

That's the bump I ran into and ruined my first playthrough. Now, I don't mean this as a complaint, because writing can never account for how every reader will internalize anything.
My experience was that I had to somehow read between the lines that Ava was much more important to him than he suggested. So when I fucked Lisa at the hospital, I didn't consider it cheating on Ava. In my mind, I was doing what the MC does best. Plugging holes. A while later, the MC wakes up and seemingly just decides he loves Ava and is now in a relationship with her. To me, this came out of nowhere. Again, probably a result of my own hangups and biases, but I don't think the narrative convinced me of Ava's importance, especially if you make choices that avoid her.
In a way, I think the teased NTR scene is coming too late. What if the MC sees Ava spread her wings and go on a date if the player chooses to avoid her? I think that, in my playthrough, I needed this kind of confrontation so the MC could tell me how he actually felt about her. This would serve as the trigger that invalidates his lie, and makes him stop taking her for granted.
