Currently, there is no pure lesbian content. But if threesomes are not your cup of tea, then this may not be the game for you.
If two girls are interacting sexually then it is a lesbian scene. I've never seen two guys in a threesome that did those same things with each other, without it being considered gay.
We have always considered a threesome to be two girls who want to please the MC at the same time and only have attention for and only do sexual things with him. Lately some creators have been trying to redefine that Male fantasy to be about the two girls doing lesbian shit together instead, because of porn. This seems to be a double standard which I will have to chalk up to young horny boy's fantasies but which is a total turn-off to me.
I do sub to creators who have lesbian content but they make it entirely optional so that I can have straight Li's if I so choose while those that like lesbian can also have what they want.

While I do understand that reasoning to some degree it is extremely restrictive and as mentioned includes harmless actions.
For context that scene is more or less a sexual torture from one girl so the other girl agrees to share MC's dick and not wanting exclusivity. She continuously edges the other girl until she agrees and MC (who approves and helps in that approach) fucks her senseless.
Basically the lesbian part is the foreplay for the main fuck.
As that is a crucial step it literally can't be an optional scene without hurting the integrity of the scene as a whole. At the maximum the dev can implement an "If you hate lesbian action click here and the following sex scene is jumped!" checkbox. But by then the users who want to see that scene are likely to take the torches.
Reason:
There are you "and your kind" on the one side and literal battle lesbians on the other side of the battleground with "normal" AVN players forced to looking from the sidelines. If the dev includes that check it looks to the outside as if they had picked one side and this thread would be teleported to the middle of that battleground.
Your whole post is oozing more misogyny than "wanting to stay hetero".
But if that's your jam, feel free to indulge in it.

I can't get Serah to show up, I'm on the most current version using estrada's port with Shawn's mod... and no joy even started over from scratch cause I saw that fixed it for some folks.

Who is "we"? Threesomes just need 3 people (i.e. MMM, MMF, MFF, FFF), and it doesn't have to be the case that two of them focus on the third. While what you described may be the most common, it's by no means the only form. I'm not arguing one way or the other what constitutes "pure lesbianism", but what you consider to define a threesome is extremely flawed.
Dumb question: how do I get more investment money?
Edit: Neverminded after looking into the code you can't get any additional money (also side note if you invested in Cece you could lose investment money as she only gives 100k back rather then the 300k you gave her). Also if my coding reading is right this whole argument is bugged as it's using else ifs which after one is true it stops reading the rest of the argument. Example say you invested in Cece it will read that argument and pay you depending on the role then stops the argument making the rest of your investment useless. The best way to do this is the remove the 'else' part in the else if's and just make them 'if' statements as the code will see them as a different argument rather then the same argument where it can end after just one of the else if's is true.
Also there are some typos like you got paid 4000 dollars where in reality you got paid 400 dollars. Also the beach investment doesn't check if you have enough money so you can invest in at will if your fine negative values
