Does anyone know how to play? I did the character creation, but I couldn't find how to play.

If I remember correctly, it's not a game, just a character creator, unless you pay for the full system, which includes the scenario manager.

It is still under development. Once v1.0 comes out, developers can pay for the version that includes all the editor modes (scenario editor, story editor, etc.) to create their Visual Novels. Other people will be able to use the public/free version to play the games made by the devs.
