That event is random. Just save game at 11PM, then go to her room. If Bill there - go back and come again. Annie must sleep on her back then you click on her. If not - load game and try again. Sorry if grammar is wrong, english is not my native language.
Yeah, there are 4 variables there..
One Bill is in the room and another 3 sleep positions, you need her to sleep on her back.
Do you have 250 SYM with her?

I would try and get the Main Post updated. I see CG V12 so I never clicked into that link, I start at the back of the thread and move forwards until I find a link for download. I would rather support the person who did the work, but I had no idea.
