I assume you have already went with him to get the maid dress for Annie? That is when he finds the dress he wants to buy but cant afford it. This was in the last update (12.0) and you couldn't loan him the money until now.

I had one untouched save left from 12.0 and when I made the date with Zari on Friday morning, she didn't even show up at 13:00, so I don't know what the fuck is going on.

Not sure if it's your issue or not but I noticed this happened when ZariDateLevel was 5 for me, or eventZariDate was 1

Why there is no simple games? Always secret cards or useless right conversation combo to progress further. I think 99% people here just use cheats or download others save files.

Because if it's just a linear story without choices, it's just a VN with the occasion clips and alot of clicking for no reason...might as well be a slide show with clicking only to move on after clips, not a game. The illusion of effort for the reward is gone. If you just want a video or to read a comic, it's easy enough to seek out that. But the section of this site your looking at is "games". So there are more elements in them than just pictures/video that progress w/o effort.
