I've played 13.2 and have done everything with Zari, Chritine and jessica, but without the talk to Christina about Cheng. I've no DL v13.3 and play without cheats, but there must be a bug, because I can not even start the party. Starting with same save leads in 13.2 into the party, with 13.3 I always get:

Take save end LM 12, and start with 13.3. In 13.3 there is a new event (it was planned for 13.0) so you have problems. I have also tried versions 13.0, 13.1 and 13.2 just finished with cheats. The first version that you can finish without cheats is 13.3. You have to unlock the second option through the event.

i got 100 in every skill and i do these 3 quest to the final but keep saying i'm not i want to know how to edit in notepad to finish those quests
Cheat mode not working and game for me unplayable. Waiting for long time and have to do things from the begining. Not fun anymore

Ahh, that might be the problem. I've tried so many different things, get all dates with Zari, Chris or Jess, but I never got the chance to talk to Chris about Chen. Unfortunately I've no suitable save at the end of 12.0 to use for playing whole thing again. Do you have one, which you can upload, please ?
and b.t.w have I to play first several dates with Jessy in the car before I get the hint from her, which is the correct sequence?

If you can play without cheats, you can not miss Chen. Remember when Chen should come in LM12? Now he has come. You will not meet Jessica until you have talked to Chen. Here are my saves LM12,
