the favor option on wednesday will only appear if you discuss the illegal work with elena after finishing it, she will tell you to come see her before giving the work back to bill...and as you can guess, it is during wednesday night

try this

watch bill again force a BJ on Annie then you have to click watch (you cannot stop him) then goto Elena in the lounge straight away and talk to her.
