When i have use Cheat mod file then when you hit max lust you go all up in "nice side" (-99 side or all up in blue). Without cheat mod file 100 lust is max and i never get negative with him(but maybe is just bug). For you option are next :
1. Play game and lvl up lust all up to 50+ (~150x you will need to peek or touch them)
2. edit save file and get it in +50 (that is how much you need to complete erotic mass. scene)
3. or if you have cheat mod you will need to use hack course (if i'm correct that one sets all on 100 and lust on 50)
