The dialogue/translation in English holds this game back so much that if I knew HOW I'd be tempted to make a mod that just makes the writing feel more organic without changing any of the substance. Hmm

Good to know, having progressed further it's interesting how the dialogue is a lot more natural in some places than others. It'd be less work than I imagined. I'll complete all content first. This game has a weird charm to it, a lot of heart was put in.

I fucking hate what Discord is* but a reasonable chat about making the English flow right isn't mean. Put the line you don't like and what you think would work better in a code or spoiler block.
*Discord is a walled garden that locks away useful information and files behind the whim of a corporation. It will go away as soon as it isn't profitable and we'll all lose.

I actually did this maybe a year ago and started editing all the text in it to try to fix the really bad translations. It's frustrating because some of the hottest scenes have absolutely horrible text that take you completely out of it.

Using this tool you can decompile everything into editable .rpy files. You can then edit those files in a text editor like Notepad++ and the game will load the .rpy files you made over the original ones. (Be aware if you add new lines make sure to delete the tab and add in four spaces instead as the tab character does not work for Ren'Py).

I tried this maybe a year ago and couldn't really get going with it, not sure why. I've spent some time with it the last few days, probably not very far along, but I'm enjoying it quite a bit.
Have to say my favorite girl so far is Liz. She's a completely adorable goofball who probably isn't nearly as crazy as she seems. She reminds me a lot of Nova from Eternum, who coincidentally enough is one of my favorites there. And it doesn't hurt that she's (IMO, naturally) one of, if not the, best-looking among them.
...and just like that, it says I'm done with her content. Bummer.
Love Prim, but she has two very large points against her, in that I'm not really a fan of cartoonishly-large breasts.

Agree with some of the comments up-thread; the (English) dialogue is kind of rough (for just one example, who uses the word "penis" in the heat of passion?).
But I'm thinking that this story, and the sandbox format, aren't a very good match. It's most obvious to me, at least right now, in Liz's and Layla's stories--they're clearly working on largely the same issue (just about everyone else we've spent much time with is also nibbling at it in some way, but those two most directly). Yes, they're coming at it very differently, but there's a huge amount of overlap between their respective interests, and MC knows a lot from working with Liz that would be relevant to Layla, and vice versa. But since their routes progress more or less independently, it makes MC look dumber than a sack of hammers for not connecting any of these things (because the game doesn't "know" during a Layla event what's happened with Liz).

It depends on when you last played. She has a few scenes now but nothing too major. Some event and story scenes but i dont think you can have sex with her yet.

I was liking the game and Maxy until waking up tied up and having her rape MC. Is there no way to avoid this altogether or even stop the event? At least someone please tell me there's some repercussion for her to what she just did. I absolutely hate that the MC is so casual with her after this just happened. And worse yet is that it seems like it'll absolutely happen again, so I think this game might just not be for me.
It's also missing the rape tag and I probably wouldn't have played it if I had know there was this kind of content, so I reported the missing tag.

Only Maxy does something like this so probably just avoid Maxy XD she technically only does this once but Lucky does question and is very hesitant of her actions afterwards. There is one scene that involves her mom that does make him question her of her choices. But there are a lot of other characters to explore that don't have something like what Maxy did, and can just ignore Maxy entirely if you want.

Yeah, maybe I'll do that but I won't be playing this for a while at least. I liked Maxy until that scene happened, so it was quite disappointing. Quite questionable decision to have that scene play out regardless of player input though since all others until then had it.

Sex is good and all, rape not so much. Especially being left tied up after and MC having such a lukewarm response to it, which was even more infuriating.

About the word penis, it's totally changeable for most of the character, tho I'll check those lines again and differ of who should say a more aggresive term, in the case of Primrose or Mary, I plan to leave it like that since her personality match with that kind of talk, but yeah for Maxy or Charlotte for example they would totally use words like dick or cock, or even crotch to not be entirely direct.
At first we thought the sandbox format for everyone to only play the stories or the girls that they'd like, but we've been seing that all the people practically plays all the routes and girl stories in game so it didn't make sense, tho for all the players that don't want to play with a girl in specific they're totally free of not playing her story and so on.
Finally, about the MC not knowing some stuff, by having so many routes and variables to handle it's kinda difficult to not have these inconsistencies but we're always fixing them as long as players give us feedback about them, we have a discord with a section for that, help, bugs, typos, etc
Yeah, was never crazy about that when it happened to me, either. Maxy still best girl though, tied with Layla.
But where this runs into problems is when (for gameplay purposes) you have to advance one girl's route in order to get anywhere with another, or (for story purposes) one character has information you need in order for the story to continue. The way games like Eternum handle this is that each of the LIs has several "off-ramps" if you don't want to proceed in her romantic/sexual route, but she's still going to be involved in the story. So if a player doesn't like Maxy, you don't have to get it on with her, but whatever she brings to the story still happens.
Again, it seems to me that this story, as big and complicated as it seems to be, would be better told in this way rather than in the sandbox format. That would, of course, make it a very different game; it obviously isn't something that's going to be changed at this point. Something to think about, perhaps, for the next one. But thanks for the response.
