I don't see what appears to be a leash gift in that store. Only what appears to be a magazine (can't remember), the guitar, the scale, and cat ears/collar. I also have no gifts to give her.

Ok I am assuming you did the leash event already, and checking the gallery its probably the depravity show event which is doing concerts with Maxy during the weekends

How get into kaede room next to garden at night can't find it? And what days can you go to it?

When you go to the Shogukuni, click the down arrow and will bring you to the gardens. Also make sure it isn't december since it won't trigger then

Emmm...my save corrupted and dont even work with old game :C huge sob

Is your save from before 0.6.5? then yeah it won't work because of the enhance update in 0.6.5 since it was a complete overhaul of the game. So it was suggested to start a new save back then to start fresh
