Going along with the 'Gia doesn't fit in or add anything to the story' thing, did she ever sign the nda? I don't remember. Because she shouldn't even be allowed near Rachel if she didn't. The exception from the update before last was only for Luke right? Anyway, she should have been optional from the start. Luke and Rachel have several hot scenes before Gia ever even shows up. We should have been given the choice to 'convince' Rachel ourselves without Gia's 'help'. It's not like it would have taken much convincing. I really think Evil just introduced her to delay the payoff with Rachel just thaaaaat much longer.
Now I wonder what ridiculousness he will think up to keep Luke away from Krysten?
On a side note, what ever happened to the Harley Quinn looking chick from the banner? I remember her at the party, but she never shows up again. Also calling that party an orgy is a little much, even if it is still one of the best parts about the game. You don't even get to fuck half of the girls even though they basically all show up in underwear and are presented to you like an all you can fuck buffet.

The person i replied to said Rachel was in a relationship with Gia, which is not true. And i would agree about hanging out and talking about it. But it being important 'to get comfortable with a woman' and them fucking doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Actually for those accusing Evil of dragging out bedding Rachel, you should be surprised by the end of this episode.
There was a strong suggestion from Gia about the MC romantically 'wining and dining' Rachel which would be the best way to finally score, and once I read that and then heard the MC promise Rachel he would not pressure her if she stayed the night with him and Michelle, I was expecting more near misses, and the dinner out in the next or a future episode.
So be grateful.

I am happy that it finally happened between Luke and Rachel, but that doesn't change the fact that Gia was completely unneeded for that to happen. It should have happened twice already, in fact. Once when they were all together in bed like 4 updates ago, but the MC was too tired and fell the fuck to sleep. And again at the Christmas party when the MC got tired again and fell the fuck to sleep. She didn't and that's a big plot hole, Rachel was not allowed to have sex with anybody else outside the company before they signed the NDA and that includes girls too.

Okay, that is what I thought. So Rachel and Gia should not have been a thing. Gia didn't sign the nda and isn't part of the company and Rachel is violating the terms of the nda by sleeping with Gia in the first place. So yeah, why is Gia in the game again?

Quick question is it just me thats not Understanding why we get choice 1 or 2 here I mean apart from the Details which I wouldn't expect from her anyway whats the actual diffrence its basically the same choice.

Maybe she is actually going to share details of her relationship with her son for whatever reason while making conversation with you at some point if you choose one of the last two options.
Or, unlikely, the dev just felt the need to add that first option to make sure people know what to choose.

Yeah, my reading of this is: choice 1 MC is keeping her for himself, she can continue to see James but MC doesn't want to hear about it, choice 2 MC is keeping her for himself but doesn't mind hearing about James, choice 3 she is going to escort for MC & Michelle as originally offered (he isn't keeping her for himself although he may partake from time to time.)
In the 3rd choice, she will get paid for escorting but services to MC and Michelle are free per their NDA. In the first two choices, MC is offering some extra money to compensate for lost payments since she won't be escorting.
I hope I got that right. All of this could probably be written to be a little bit clearer though.

I pointed this out when Gia was first introduced it was one of the main things that annoyed this shit out of me. About the only thing I can think of that might reconcile the plothole is taking into account that Michelle is aware of the whole plan and is apparently willing to overlook the NDA violation because she wants Luke and Rachel to be together by any means necessary.

Based on what Gia said about her and James' relationship, I'm thinking the 2nd choice would also open up a sharing route with the MC, Gia, and James. Whereas the 1st choice would keep Luke's relationship with Gia separate from her and James' relationship. I could be wrong though. Evil is usually better at explaining routes than this. Maybe this conversation is just testing the waters? Not sure. Either way though it seems like her and James won't be able to invite any more random people to join them unless they are clients of LP since it seems like Gia will have to sign an nda in order to work with them.
Side note, this also kind of retroactively fixes the earlier plot hole with Gia and Rachel being allowed to sleep together. It's still an issue, but at least it gets resolved after the fact.
