Yes, it looks like NTR will be in the story and it looks like it won't always be possible to avoid it, if I understood correctly from the developer's note, even though he wrote it, it will be very rare, in my opinion, this is a strange decision, since it will not attract people who like NTR, but it will also push away people who don't like it. But it is his right to tell the story.
Subscribestar changed their policy already... soon they will ban incest and so on just like patreon.

To answer a few questions and comments..
Firstly .. NTR.. It's not my thing (basically I have no strong opinion either way, I dont mind it in games, i dont look for it games either) and I know people get quite passionate about it. There is currently one storyline, where at an advanced stage there is a choice to be made and that choice will see you witness one of the main characters in a sexual situation with something that isn't you. It's a choice you will make. With the nature of some of the characters being prostitutes and agents trained to use seduction to get their way, it's also conceivable that it would happen in those plot lines. But again, choice as to whether you actually see it, or even advance that plotline.
Like I said, it isn't my thing. It isn't there so much as to attract the NTR crowd, it's there because if I do that and don't put the tag, I feel the anti-NTR crowd may get upset with it. I don't know if that's the right way to use that tag.. I've just seen a lot of people get quite angry when something like that is added to a game that didn't have it before. If it causes too much confusion here I'll remove the tag and deal with it when it arises.
With regards to patreon and incest etc. I was under the impression that if you included a means by which players can make the game include actual incest, they would ban it? Which is why people build games around adoption or "step" family. I did originally have that in early builds, but removed it because I didn't want to fall foul of patreon's rules.
There isn't combat inasmuch as a "gamified" system of combat. There is a light touch, in terms of choosing your approach or how you utilise your companion/skills/equipment/situation and then what happens is pre-determined and you see the result. I haven't completely ruled it out, but it would require a lot of time to develop a system that doesn't break the game and doesn't get in the way of consuming the main focus, which is the character development and story.
Harem... it's not a focus, but by the nature of this game you are going to have multiple romantic and sexual partners, not necessarily all at the same time. It's likely that many of them will be OK with you having multiple partners. It's a hard line to walk because, realistically, many of the characters, if they engaged in a genuine romantic relationship with you, would absolutely not be willing to share. But, the nature of most of the relationships you will have in the game is that they are casual or convenient, not committed romantic partnerships. For example, Isabella in the current release is clearly not someone who is going to care if you are intimate with others. There are plenty of older women who are going to be quite happy to have sex with you, but not particularly interested in building a long term romantic partnership with a guy who is 20 years younger than them. There is a reason routed in the magic system of the game as to why it is that people will generally be happy to let off steam, so to speak. I spent quite a bit of time planning and thinking through ways in which I could include multiple sexual partners without making it seem ridiculous. I doubt I have succeeded, but I will always try to make how these characters behave as rational and consistent with their identity as I can.

The characters are attractive. The girls are hot. The guys are handsome. MC is good looking and ripped. Even the saggy-breasted madame is gorgeous. The story has potential and the writing is adequate; even quite good in spots. Many of the scene renders are spectacular. That's the good part. Overall, this VN needs a LOT of work.
I hate being a grammar nazi, but the grammar is horrendous. Good word usage is not enough. Learn to punctuate or get a proof reader, JubsGames.
Text boxes. No, don't. They get in the way. They are awful. A nice white blocky font with a black boarder and a transparent text box is highly legible.
Switching back and forth between fonts is a terrible idea. Especially when one of them is fake cursive chicken scratchings.
If you want to use colored text to tell me who's talking, that's fine. Don't put it in a sentence on a regular basis. You colorize and bold case pronouns like sister, brother, mother and, proper nouns like first and last names in sentences throughout the story. It's distracting and immersion breaking. Worst of all it's unnecessary.
Incest or no incest: It doesn't matter. Lose the "step" bullshit. You'll constantly catch hell about it from the incest fanatics. However, whether it's going to be step or full relation - chill. Treat it more casually. Very seldom does anyone say, "Sister, hand me the butter, please." They never ever say, "Stepsister, hand me the butter, please." And no one even thinks of saying, "Brother, I like your tie." Establish the relationships and move on. Mum, is good. Brothers and sisters call each other by name, pet name or nickname.
Looping animations: No, no, no. No, no, no, no! Every time a character walks up; every time MC walks down a street; I'm jerked around by the animation ending, and characters teleporting back to their starting position while I dutifully try to read several lines of dialogue or paragraphs of narration. It' jarring, annoying, distracting and aggravating. You are actually encouraging me to skip the text. Did I mention it's annoying? It's annoying. Run it once and let me enjoy your excellent graphic art after I've finished reading the text. I get the idea after one viewing... People walked. Breasts bounced. Life is good.
The looping animations absolutely ruin the rescue scene. Whatever impact seeing the abuse victims are subjected to is lost to the loopy loopy. That scene could really use some help from the standpoint of depicting the actions of the rescuers, as well. It just doesn't have any punch to it as it stands.
Finally, our stud-muffin MC could really use a bit more spine. He doesn't really come across as a dweeb or a coward..., just..., useless. He gets jump pinned by his little sister. He's intimidated by a fat, drunken asshole. He gets shown up by a bloodied, wisp of a blonde. By the time that rescue is over I have the impression she didn't really need his help. The only combat victories he has under his belt are the ones where he manages a sneak attack from behind. Not exactly heroic up to this point. I get that you want him to grow into his stature, but we need our heroes to have at least some victories that portend greatness rather than sneakiness.
I'm sure this will seem like a harsh review. I didn't pull any punches, but I'm really trying to help. I think this could be a good story and a successful project for you. But..., as it stands now, I wouldn't recommend it.
Edit: Even step incest will get you banned on Patreon, eventually. You need to write it completely without and make it easy to substitute for a mod. Even then, a few good stories have been banned by spies on the F95 reporting back to Patreon.

Got to say it is fairly impressive. If you want AI generated sex scenes you might want to try contacting Novel (the maker of Boundaries of Morality) they have animated AI generated sex scenes, and may be able to help if you want to include them, however it would be equally valid to just stick with the way you are doing it.
I have a couple of points, in the Pearl, a couple of times people refer to the MC as Alex, even if you have renamed your character.
I think it was during the prologue (or might have been chapter 1), when talking with your step-sister she mentions being trained in sword and stave. Now a stave is a rod, and that may have been your intent as magic and wands and what not, but if you are refering to the long stick-like weapon, it would be more proper to refer to it as a staff, unless you are using the pural form in which case it would indeed be staves, although curiously in games like D&D they have taken to calling them staffs, which to me, just doesn't sound right, but hey.
I really like the animated scenes, but I do find the looping a tiny bit jarring, I think if it were up to me, I would either play the scene once and pause it on the final frame, or add a delay of a few seconds before repeating it (preferably with some sort of transition, like a blur or fade, not sure which would work best). Just my opinion and feel free to ignore it
I don't think your conceit of step family will in any way save you from the ban hammer, although some games do fly under the radar for a LONG while before they get pinged. User defined relationships, or a patch are typically the best way to avoid this.
You are seriously playing with fire including any sort of darker sexual activity, Steam is really relaxed (even allowing "real" incest), but I think even they will draw a hard line under what you have planned, not sure on the policy of Itch, perhaps reach out to someone like Oppiaman and see what their policies are, I don't think they are a particularly popular platform right now, but they might be a little more relaxed about your content.
