the reason i rag on this shit so hard is because there are people i have given money to willingly and i don't think this is so awful that the devs need to hide behind this drm level pay scheme.

AI Art exists, and his patrons can literally generate Dota 2 porn for free + AI generated text for the story context. But no, they decide to throw money to some con artist instead.

Imo, if this were 3-5 bucks a month tops, it'd be worth it; while I'm sure the devs would disagree (and who wouldn't, it's their paycheck after all), that's just what I think is fair for what's being given.

I'm just more shocked that Titdang tried lowering the price point and openly wondered why nobody gave a shit.

As if it was the pricing itself that was the problem, and not his horrendous reputation and awful monetization approach.

His only takeaway was "People only care if it's paywalled or not, the price is irrelevant" which completely misses the point and shows just how little self-awareness he has.
