How did you manage to get three photoshoots without finding the photostudio? Did you use console commands?
I'd load an old save or start again, as that's a pretty major thing to mess up.

I added another mod to help with secrets, this one adds tooltips on the buttons in the secret gallery that give hints how to unlock them.
Also PTGames I discovered a few bugs while making it; the secret spots in the MC's room are only accessible before buying the posters, secret 53 requires Claire's progress to be an exact number if that hasn't been found already, and not sure if this is a bug because I don't think there is a cheat to rehide the secrets, but the pairs game requires exactly three wins to unlock its secret rather than >= 3.

The secrets are revealed when you buy the posters (if you've not already found them), Claire's progress has been fixed and the pairs one shouldn't matter as you can't go past 3 wins without first getting three wins. Although I don't remember what other variables are attached to it, so may change that to a >

Ah, I see. Obviously I cleared all my secrets for testing it, and had unlocked them before buying the upgrade, didn't know they were unlocked automatically then.

Just got the game from Steam and I like it so far, but I have a few questions.
Will the Steam version get updated at the same pace as Patreon, or bigger updates but farther apart?
Are there plans to add music and sound effects to the game, as it could really use them?
How do I unlock the secrets? I have clicked about everywhere in every location, but have not seen any yet.
Are there cheats that work for the Steam version? The ones listed here don't work, except the one to unlock Futa content.
How long does the intro last? It's possible these things don't work yet if I'm still playing the introduction. Have played about 2 weeks of in game time.
Lastly, a suggestion for some kind of game support package that can be purchased through Steam. I don't use Patreon due to their censorship, and prefer to support Devs through Steam, or Subscribstar.

I can't answer a lot of those questions, but as for the secrets, there's a mod available linked on the first page that allows you to see the spots more easily. They randomly show up as you progress through the game, and you just always have to keep an eye out for them. Music and sound effects are bottom of the list of priorities. From my experience, most people mute them anyway, so I'm not putting too much effort into implementing them unless I feel they're 100% required.
Secrets become available to find as you progress the game. The best bet is to finish each girls storylines until the hints tell you you're done and then look for secrets after.
Yes, they're the same as the Patreon cheats.
The intro is pretty quick, if you're in the sandbox section, you're past the intro. That said, two weeks of game time is extremely short.
Donation DLC will be coming to Steam at some point!

For me personally, being super auditory, music and sound effects take priority even over renders and animations, for what I consider quality. I can still play a game without them, but my custom audio isn't the same, as what a Dev intended the sound to be. Games with top notch audio like BaDIK, Melody, and CoBD, keep you coming back for more.
Even on a smaller budget, Come Home Dev showed you can do decent audio with a smaller game. I understand you choose what matters for your game, but for me, and a lot of Steam players, some Audio is very nice.

The game is pretty good, I like the story and the LIs appeal to me in general (the only one that doesn't particularly appeal to me is Meg). I don't like BDSM (neither maledom nor femdom), so every time it appears I use CTRL to skip it, but I'm liking the rest.

The MC has a romantic relationship with each LI, known and accepted by the rest, and that is what I like. Another thing I like about the game is that even the most extreme fetishes are consensual (both participants enjoy it and it never comes to humiliation or anything similar) and with a romantic sense when it comes to an LI (although this doesn't make me like them, at least it doesn't feel frustrating). Personally, I find the MC's relationship with the different LIs very gratifying, even if I don't see some sex scenes later because they include fetishes that aren't to my liking.

So do we have to be Patrons to get the cheats? The latest ones listed here don't work, except the lock/unlock futa content. Does Subscribestar have the cheats?
For very Auditory people it's mostly about immersion to have music and sound. Helps to get deeper, and feel more a part of the game.
I'm also Autistic, so some music is required for me to calm my brain enough to focus on the story. But like I said, my custom soundtrack is not usually as good as music the Dev would pick. Especially in Sandbox games I really enjoy, there is usually a track for different areas, and sometimes one for each girl.
Some sexy music also helps greatly in lewd scenes, particularly if there are no animations. For sexy sounds, that is hit or miss, and not required, but audio effects, like phone ringing, water running, door opening/shutting, even just mouse clicking while using the computer in your room, help to get more enjoyment out of the game for me.
For reference to decent sandbox adult games with audio-Love of Magic is great, Photo Hunt, Power Vacuum, Love & Sex Second Base(they took a while to add various audio) Hail Dicktator, Come Home. Also lots of regular AVNs, but wanted to compare apples to apples.
I completely understand the need to prioritize and keep updates as regular as possible, and you are right, spending time adding something that some players don't care about one way or another, might not seem the best use of your time, but some players greatly appreciate it.
I can tell you, when it comes to actual money and support for a Dev, Audio factors heavily in that decision for me. As much as the story in Sorcerer appeals to me, the total lack of audio keeps me from recommending the game to anyone. That, and the lewd scenes are just a boring slideshow. Who has sex with no dialogue or description? Just wrong.
There are also some Modders who do Audio mods, though those are usually just effects, and not music. The Audio mod for The Author was really good though.
I remember when the Devs of Midnight Ride first put the game on Steam, they got so many negative reviews just concerning the lack of audio, that they promised to include it in the DLCs. Your game is free in Steam, so that may lower peoples expectations somewhat as well.
Don't want to seem overly negative, as after playing a few days, I really enjoy the story and characters in Lunar's Chosen quite a bit. MC looks like a Beta, and he kind of is, but at least he's a nice guy. Very refreshing to play an MC in an incest/harem game that is not a super creepy perv. I like that the ladies are treated pretty respectfully for a porn game, and each has her own personality and issues.
Also REALLY like that even with the Futa content enabled, player still gets to choose to play as bottom or top.
Very few Futa/Trans AVNs allow this freedom without punishing the MC in some way. It's usually all or nothing.Sorry this is so long, but you asked for my opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

It's just better to have some sound rather than complete silence, and for people who say 'just put on your own music' sure you can, but would you do that with a movie? Or do you expect the soundtrack to match what's happening on the screen? People who want their own music rather than thematically appropriate music can always mute the game. Of course it's not just music, ambient background sound for different locations can help set the scene, like wave sounds on the beach etc... Would the club feel the same if it weren't for the music there? Probably the worst sound in games IMO is random sound effects like phones, doors or whatever when the game is usually quiet.
