You did misread the direction of the game.
It's mentioned several times that he has a spell on him to stop him getting anyone pregnant, it was removed temporarily to knock up the vamp and that's it.

There are no males and futa can be disabled, however, you cant avoid a real harem, all the girls share you and each other. There are some side events with the option to share with other girls or swing with "lesbian" couples, these are avoidable if you want, but the core is one big poly relationship with only one dick: yours.

Whats misleading about it? If you allow your girls to have sex with someone outside your relationship it is sharing, if other couples decide to let you fuck them its also sharing, if you let your girls fuck them as well its swinging. Nothing misleading, all correctly tagged. Sharing and swinging is about sex, not about dicks.

It's pretty weird that a lot of side girls' stories are so short if it's now a fully completed season/episode, I expected a little more, some only have 1 scene yet.

I'm sure that MC's girls are not having sex with other men. Them having sex with other LIs that are futa/trans is possible (I don't positively recall). If they are, as long as it's a futa/trans character in the MC's "harem", I see it as another hot scene in the game. If the topic is such an issue for you, I recommend you move on. Doesn't sound like you'll enjoy it and afaik dev has no intention of changing things.

With the exception of that guy that attacks the MC and is pretty quickly dealt with by Missy and Serena, I don't think there is a single man in the game other than the MC.
well that was a wierd extraction bug...went to extract the first time and it said it was copying around 696 gigabytes...... the second time was a bit more correct though
