Are the only two Selene scenes the one in the pool/spa and the one for beating the minotaur? Basically the only thing I want is more Selene.

Get your "Duelling Level" to 10,
Get your Combat spells up to 200, (for me it was "Combat Bolt" and "Rictusempra ")
Go to the Colosseum, and ask to fight the minotaur, (Repeatable) Win one (Selene) and Lose one(Nurse) to get scenes.

helter skelter eyebrows that's in the first sample picture in
the beginning of this forum but I can't remember her name.

Is that correct? and Can I avoid her being a LI and only being
an acquaintance?

"Forced love interest"? You are ALWAYS given a choice for Any L.I. (And a few who are not)
If are talking about the lass of the second image, she's your Foster Sister
and thou she is play a large part in the game,
You still have choices as to how your relationship goes,

Thank you so much for the reply. I guess I had remembered it wrong.
I did remember the sister, and thought I enjoyed her character. It was
just the first girl. Once my internet connection quits acting up I'm looking
forward to trying it again. I honestly don't even remember why I stopped.
Might have been when I wiped my computer or something...who knows...lol

both. you can choose at the beginning of season 1 but IMO it's better sandbox with the mini-games etc.

Has there been any re-writes? 'cause a lot of the dialogues in S1 were painful to read... specially the instragam-like app dialogues... turbo cringe =/

The season 1 for now is complete so no re-writes and for what we know the season 4 is confirmed by a poll in their Patreon page

You can reject him or turn off the LGBT filter, the main story is not affected by that

You can still do his quests without becoming his boyfriend,
His quest, sometimes involves you with one of the other L.I's (Haley/ Willow),
So you may want to carry on doing his quest without becoming his boyfriend,
