Thank you! Kinda sucks that your choices doesn't have any impact/consequence other than "do I have sex with her now or later?". I tried to check each girl's verbal and non-verbal response to me being flirty/funny/boastful/shy etc and try to determine if the response was positive or not. Other games ususally have some kind of relationship system where if your relationship with the girl is too low you are locked out of romance with her.

Yeah, some do, but not this one. You can tell her to hit the road five times in a row and at the sixth time jump into bed with her.
Everything is purely optional. But it also means you can finish it in one playthrough and not miss anything.

Yeah, kinda weird for nothing to happen yet on this subject. 2 years timeframe in the story and nothing happened with anyone, which is just ridiculous. But with how certain plot lines got conveniently forgotten in this game, I wouldn't be surprised if devs made some twisted reveal later, that MC's shooting blanks.
