i have seen the walk through file, some other mentioned about translation but it seems for an old version and it didn't work!

I'm just going out on a limb here and say that questions about the game are most likely not going to be answered. The game hasn't been translated since 0.2, and the majority of people here probably can't read Russian, so no one knows what to do in the later game.

I only know the the game was initially translated in english too, but now it's in russian only...

More or less the Dev never intended to translate, so someone who was a Patron to them translated a build and released it a week or so after the patreon release, and the dev kicked up an outrage storm about that, saying any translations should be a month after public releases and if anyone posted a translation before then they'd start locking out patreon for the ones who shared the untranslated builds to be translated. Someone is slowly working on a translation of later builds but I imagine work would be faster once the dev actually finishes or abandons the game.
