how can i escape refrain after i got fucked right now im stuck in an infinite loop of refrain and cannot escape and cant continue the game gotta use Alt+F4 to reset the game

Either the QTE is broken OR you only have a 5% chance to escape each time which would be so horribly bad it's better to avoid risking it altogether

QTE is broken in this version, you need to equip any one escape bonus passive to fix it for now, the new bugfixed version has not been linked here with the translation applied

Yes, On the previous thread of this game, someone mentioned on how the dialouge and script are basically married, lol. The QTE bug is located in the CommonEvents which is like where the entire game's dialogue is located. Even if you download newest raw version I uploaded here and just replacing the data files from translated one, the bug will still persist due to that.
Art in this game is really good, i like it. dunno about some of the fetishes but most arent too bad. 8.5/10 i almost never get as close to the end as i did in this game when i play hentai games. I usually just download a gallery save and look at the gallery.

So are you telling me that once she gets fucked, you can't ever escape it because the QTE is broken? No wonder she's been getting fucked so many times even though I succeeded in the QTE.

damn i remember finishing this game when the jp came out, boring as hell and omg what a hell to finish it, could be better, but not that bad, never would spend money though

the corruption is pretty meh in this, the traps make her a complete slut instantly and the combat sex is slower and more gradual but also partially broken in the current version of the translation.

There are various triggers around the map that can trigger you getting another outfit AND you need to fail the resistance check QTE event.
The game displays the current map in the background when you are in your inventory, and you will occasionally see Green heart symbols. Those usually indicate an H-scene that will result in you getting a new outfit.
They are almost all tied to having a certain corruption value, the lowest one is about 16K and the highest is about 170K. If you get a 'Huh' something tried to happen, but my corruption was too low' message, it is likely a scene to get an outfit and you just need more corruption points.
There is a corruption percentage, which is the chance that a spell will backfire and trigger a battle-h scene and then there is the corruption value, which is the one that gets checked to trigger scenes.
The easiest outfit to get is to open a locker that has tentacles in it. I don't think there is any corruption requirement and you can find it on the very first map. Once the tentacle locker triggers, just fail all the resist attempts and at the end of that scene, presto, you will have a new outfit to wear.

I am near the end of the game and I have fought (and beat) the rooftop boss. When I speak to him, he talks about fashioning an item from all of the items you can collect from the dead soldiers. I have 41 of 42 items found and cannot for the life of me, find that 1 last item. I have beaten the Shark (bitch of a fight) and unlocked every barrier I can find.
Is there some hidden room/map squirreled away somewhere or am I just oblivious and managing to miss that one single map with the last soldier?

I found the last soldier I was looking for, it was a special hidden map, just me not searching every single room. Creepy fuck was hanging out in the boy's restroom, near where one of the companions to be rescued are.

Yeah, the number of enemies is pretty insane. If you haven't discovered it yet, in the passive: exploration there is a 1 point skill (sacred exorcism or something like that) that allows you to auto win any battle where you are 10+ levels higher than the enemies.
It makes moving around much easier ... but it is still a hassle since you have to enter the battle screen first. Holding down the CTRL key will be your friend when you are just passing through a low level area searching for things.
This is a good game and I actually enjoyed the ending.
I am not sure what to think about the NG+ though. You can make your character OP as fuck from the moment you enter the game with a weapon that you get and the amount of money you are given to start the new game.

yeah, i know that but still, going through hundreds of enemy feels tedious. i dont even know if number of days changed the ending or not.
