When you get pregnant, how do you give birth in the game? I tried sleeping for a lot of days and I tried going to the hospital but the hospital doesn't seem to do anything yet? I've tried all sorts of things to do something with the hospital but it seems like there is no action. I know the fortune teller hints at it with the twins.
You wait until the game prompts you that it is time (some amount of time passing in-game) and then go to the hospital. That is really just a way to remove it as a status though, I don't think you actually see anything or get anything out of it.
Pay attention to where that corridor goes and examine that wall on the other side. Took me a while to figure out too.

It's a problem with old saves. You can fix it by doing a battle on Island.
Go to the nursery in the city to give birth!
So, I recently played the original Lust Doll, and loved it as much as LDP. I also like how some questlines follow the same plot as in the classic game (like Transylvania's questline), or has a couple of changes, but still relatively the same plot (like Cassie's questline)

Pretty sure it's only a one week delay, and the only thing exclusive to the Patreon builds are some extended bad ends. Yeah, this is a pirate site, but it's also a community where we can engage with other players, translators, and the developers themselves.
No, I looked there. The one posted was 38.1. Itch and Newgrounds has the notes for 38.0b, which corresponds to the paywall locked Patreon patch notes posted on May 24th, while the paywalled notes for 38.1b were posted on May 27th.
That's what I meant when I said the notes are locked.
Also this isn't the first time a Patreon build has been posted here, and probably won't be the last, but it has been the first time in a long while to the best of my recollection.

It's for original Lust Doll (which is also available on the first page); in the old game, your characters starts as virgin, while LD+ scrapped that mechanic.

I look at this game's summary and ideas for it, and the art and I really am curious why people seem to like it so much that it has almost 5 stars..
is it because of the freedom of choice? the art is.. okay I guess.. not great, but good(-ish)(this isn't an insult, it's just an observation of mine..) ...so maybe the RPG part of it.. so people are left trying to get a character to change the way they want..??
..or maybe its the fact that it's that the change is a novel thing after you make a choice.. so it's exciting to see what you change into??
I'm hoping that it's not almost 5 stars just because it has futa and/or gender identity stuff.. but maybe so?

The game has a world,quests,exploration,character creation and customization its a fun game even without the porn elements its great,kinda a classic rpg with sex.
it's also missing images if i try to get milked while having sensitive nipples (venom/school), being thicc (fairy) and having a chastity belt (shop of horror) !
