use save editor, keep the number of coins under 99. You should be fine then. Did the same, had no problems.

You'll find the second chest in the men toilet.
I'm still looking for a way to disable the laser in the priest's room, next to Katherine the Nun's room

Keep looking for more, or wait for next update when new coins may appear.
Or, if you must see the available ones now, load an older save, buy one outfit, watch it, then reload the old save and buy another outfit and watch that.
I have 5 radiators turned on, per the note it will cause a power issue, I presume that opens the laser barriers when it happens or even drops the power to the doors for 2 basement prizoners.
Are there any more radiators in this version or do I have to wait for an update . . .
