3-. step 3-> Go back inside Katherine's room, you'll find the storage key for the storage cabinet upstairs !

Going by memory (again), when trying to fix the A/C - your outside and need to power up the electrical. Folllow the dark shadow and you should find the <Reverse> kamasutra for amber there.
