If you are looking for the sexy toy at the 3rd floor, you don't need to move any boxes. The toy is inside the wall at the bottom right. Just use the axe to break the wall.
I think the 2nd dolly wheel will come in the future updates.

Anyway... this update wasn't so special about the scenes

Update your Winrar or use 7zip (I recommend 7zip), if it still fails, try downloading again from another host.
