Found the pine cone in this location and you lose 2 items from your inventory to get it.

Kat said she needs alcohol and a pine cone. So you already know where to get the pine cone. As for the alcohol, go grab a bottle of wine from the pantry in the kitchen (door near the stairs in kitchen).
Go back and climb the wall where you met Father Parker and it will appear.
