for scorpions you have to go see simon in the entrance hall.
he says he lost those car keys.
go out next to the 4 trees in front of the entrance and find these keys
going into the trunk of his car finds a light bulb.
go back to the basement, be picketed by scorpion, combine light bulb and flashlight.
go get the page.
