I was a bit unhappy with this update. If you load an old save in to the game (86% complete) and check your progress, you will find that you have completed 88% of the game without doing anything. Bummer. I wrote a comment on NLT's Patreon and this was his reply :-

"The math was redone because I didn't want to count the tillman scene in the %. The new sex scene was too big to handle any other scenes for this update. "

On to the walkthrough, I will wait for about 3-4 days before posting an updated file. Enjoy

If I remember correctly from doing this in previous update:
First one is the date of birth of... I want to say Jed, but can't remember exactly. In any case, one of the gravestones.
Second one is on the painting on 3rd floor.
Third laser goes off as part of the plot.
