Can someone tell me how to reach the chest in the vent on third floor? I tried searching throughout this thread, unsuccessfully though..

Use the pick axe on the vent to open it (vent location in attached photo)... use the magnet to pull the chest closer... use the skeleton key from under the trees (in the lower left hand corner of screen) at the church ruins.
