I ended up playing without it and you really don't need it, the 92092 walkthrough handles everything you could really need help with or miss, the content that follows is linear and fairly simple.

Coming this Friday is the next chapter of Treasure of Nadia! This new update will feature a Kamasutra scene and a new outfit as well as some new lewd story scenes.
Compared to Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia is a beast to render!
Fun Fact: It takes two render machines working night and day for about a week to render all the frames needed for the ToN chapter updates.
It's thanks to all the support that we can make this new leap in production value possible!
Lust Epidemic's next update will feature new bonus content with a mystery lady! You can probably guess who gets the first scene in the "super secret sex chamber".
All of this will drop at the same time on Friday.

Last time I played this game it finished in a cave with scorpions. Does anyone have a save from that point please. Now and then I tidy up the comp but unlike renpy and unity, RPGM stuff doesn't leave anything behind.
Would appreciate if someone could give a save file.

Apparently there will be many more updates. The developer will be associate this gallery with each of his games.
Most likely in Treasure of Nadia will be the same gallery
Seems like a pretty good way to extend development to earn more subscriptions. (If a little sneaky.) It would be interesting to see what went on with the characters and new characters as they evolved and interacted with each other in a shared NLT universe and I'm hoping that more characters from the comics will turn up. (Each of us has our own particular favourites I bet. Mine is Karen.) I suppose we will all have to be patient and see what develops over time. Lust Epidemic is one hell of an epic game and if one person did all of it, especially the art work, he/she has my complete admiration.
(But where's the "super secret sex chamber" to be found and do I really want to go there?

It is in the West Tower. It is behind the Elevator Door. You have to unlock the clues to get to the Elevator. Currently there is nothing behind the door. Looks like it is waiting for the next update.(But where's the "super secret sex chamber" to be found and do I really want to go there?

This sounds so strange that I have to ask questions that might indicate I think you're stupid but be assured, I don't - it's just that these are the first (and so far only) ideas that come to mind:
1. Did you extract the game or are you playing out of the .zip file? (if it's the latter: don't)
2. Did you extract the game somewhere where it doesn't have write permission?

Ah! thank you. I wondered why I couldn't discover a way to make the elevator go up and down. I've been inside the elevator, was asked for a code, but couldn't get anything to happen without the elevator manual. The plot thickens. Looks like LU still has mysteries to solve just when I thought I had completed it, which is as surprising as it is pleasing.

I've never heard of anybody who has scored 100% when they reached what they thought was the end of Lust Epidemic and as the developer has announced that further updates are in the pipeline suppose that the game isn't completely finished yet. To be honest I'm not absolutely sure what the future hold for the game; it could be that future updates won't add much to the story or new game play but "bonus" features like additional animations and whatnot. I'm not an NLT patron and so am out of the loop as far as future development is concerned but would invite insiders reading these words to spill the beans.
