Thanks. Where is the save located? I thought I knew but remembered it's not a renpy game.

Sorry, with "Lust_Epidemic_root_folder" I meant the root folder of the game itself, where you find the executable of the game.

But none of the 3 games have a save folder in the www folder. I've been playing TGO and my saves aren't in there. Also TON was a fresh DL and install and, while it doesn't have a save folder either, it did pull in my end game save from somewhere

TON and TGO save the savedata in another location.
The correct path for LE is the one I told you.
I attach a screenshot of my own computer so you can see it.
If the folder does not exist, create it.

All games are standalone. You can play only TGO. But for deeper story understanding is better start with Lust Epidemic. Or even better with NLT comics.
