Go left, Buddy will follow you, and you can return to the library. Once you're there try to miss Buddy. I think the spot is the inferior left shelf (to the left)

Kat #7:go to chapel --> click on the candle holder on the right.
Kat #8: go outside --> go left --> click on the tree and use shovel.
Kat #9: go outside --> go to the graveyard (not enter) --> clear the bush with machete them use pickaxe.

To be fair, in the written walkthrough, page 4, it says "The hint system tells you that you should talk to Katherine: DON'T DO IT!"

If you're not interested in a walkthrough, perhaps let those that do... talk about it? I can't see how it can bother to ask for an updated one...
