Ask and thou shalt receive. Save 6 is pre ending, save 7 is after. Everything is unlocked (kama sutra), although it only says 96% complete after the ending. I suppose that's for the bits they will add into the secret elevator sex room.

So as somebody who has never played this i reached the replay scene menu easily , but cant "open" the kamasutra pages (im assuming those are just stills). What am i doing wrong?

Is this with the name file incest patch? The last save file I tried wasn't and wanted to replace the file having errors and shutting down the game....

It's posted, couple of pages before. Just played it, nice one. Don't allow to save, even if the "hints lady" (you'll see) insist in doing it. And at the end, there is a couple of special guests.
