Lifetime ago? o_O Are lifetimes very short in your experience or are you Keith Richards/Dick Van Dyke and are just not telling us? :LOL:

But seriously, I have to agree on the context a significant portion of the gay content feels kinda 'required' to proceed through the rest of the game. Its why one may as well cheat to see the cut scenes cause at least then you have content control to one's preferences.

Sometimes, guys can have a foreskin that's too tight, which can make sex painful. To solve that issue, they can either get a full circumcision, or if they want to keep their foreskin, they can get a small cut to their frenulum to make it not too tight.

Not sure this is the issue, but...

Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin (the skin covering the head of the penis) is tight and cannot be retracted back over the glans (the head of the penis). It's common in young children and often resolves on its own as the foreskin naturally loosens. In some cases, it can also be caused by other factors like repeated infections or scarring, known as pathologic phimosis.
