I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but is there a way for only Men to be enemies / npc's? I am not into women.

As far as I know, you can't make NPCs only male because they are pre-made. Enemies can be biased towards males if you keep encountering male enemies and running away from female enemies. Also make sure to have enough sex with only male enemies until your player description mentions that you are homosexual. By default, you start out bisexual.
This won't guarantee you will only have male enemies, but it makes it much more likely that enemies will be male instead of female. I'm gay, so whenever I get the rare female enemy, I just run away since it takes a second at most.

I attack then guard the first max Lust attack fine but when he's charged his second Lust attack the guard button doesn't work (I can click it but it won't actually do anything). Escaping the fight also just softlocks the game.
EDIT: I beat him. His attack was still broken but I came back to him after dealing with the Fjordland area and managed to kill him on his second Lust attack.

Are the followers automatically unlocked after you finish beating Count Suckula for example, or do you actually need to take them out of their cells?
If you have to unlock their cells, then I'm missing something because I have absolutely no way of doing that
EDIT: I figured it out, you need to buy the brothel first before being able to hire them as followers

Yes, and you should probably be one of the people restricted from replying to threads.
I'm bisexual and I have played both male and female content, and I'm now downloading the new game which is 100% homosexual(I think).
If the creator wanted a 100% male/Male game he should've made it so from the beginning. Giving a choice but then deciding halfway you want something different is not just unprofessional, but foolish and throws people off. This is 100% not the fault of the people complaining there's no female content, this is complete and absolutely the creator's fault, stop being toxic and trying to make it look like it's not.
The creator did want to make a male focused game(After a while), so what they should've done is one of the two following things;
-Remake the game to not allow players to play or have sex with females at all(Don't tell me it's hard if you don't know programming, it's a single day's job, more if it's badly programmed)
-Make a new game
And the "With females" version should've been a separate "deprecated" version.
Instead, they kept the female parts so they can catfish a few extra supporters who don't know better to at least support a month until they find out there's no new content for them: Again, they're not wrong, the developer is.
Stop making this a "But I want my homosexual game to stay homosexual" this is not a homosexual game, this is a bisexual game as it is clearly stated in the tags giving you the option to have straight or gay sex, and to play as male or female. This is undeniable and un-argueable, boot up the game and press new game. Does the game let you play as female? Yeah? Well, then you're wrong in assuming the game is M/M.

Nah this forum is full of straight games that has just 1 futa or trap to catfish gay/bisexual men. Im glad it's the opposite for once, but from time to time the do add more straight content anyways.

You just made some devs that do games with one gay option (which mostly is a cross-dresser or a very feminine looking guy) quite sad.
Also the dev do not require your or anybody else opinion on how to make a game, or adding more gay or straight content. The only way to make them change anything is through money and even that is controlled through polls, look at Lust Odyssey now, it started as a alien fuckfest, but know it's TiTs, which focused on hyper futas, Lust Odyssey now focuses on hyper humans, and that is because dev allowed it to happen, through money flow. Anything else is a windbagging.
