This game has a heavy focus on "having sex with male NPCs". And your MC is illustrated in those scenes.
So you definitely can get a lot of none-M/M stuff.
But if you play female/Futa, you will get less scenes / or some will be janky as it's just simple model swap.

Also, the reason there's so many complains about "too many gay contents", is cuz there's decent chunk of none-M/M contents.
If it's a solely M/M game, you won't see so many upsets.

The problem is not about Straight VS Gay.
It's just bunch of entitled vocal minority whining about not having their way.
Sonpih isn't doing it in bad faith. Why making anyone felt exclusive, when you can easily add contents for them? Model swapping is not complicated. Ofc, it shouldn't hinder the development.

At the end of the day, these people ain't making any impact at all.
They are just here to annoy people and spread their dissatisfaction.

He's not obligated to cater to you guys especially when the majority of the people funding his game are into M/M. He's also stated that he'd very much prefer to bring out gay content since he's gay himself, but will still release some straight content from time to time. I've never seen gay people bitch about not having enough gay content on games that cater mostly to straight men. If you're not liking the stuff being released, you don't have to announce your departure. This isn't an airport.

Personally, I only ever see people complain about the lack of gay content in predominately straight games when the game is literally tagged as "gay" but the only gay interaction is like... a forced blowjob for the first bad ending. Which, tbf, you'd be surprised by the number of games that are tagged "gay" and have a single m/m interaction that is just a super easy to avoid bad ending.
