The new area is in Karazhan, named Nether. It's by the demon standing on the rock platform just under your character's name on the UI. That demon is inaccessible until you click on all 3 runes. For Deimos, see my next answer.
You use that to free Deimos, a chained demon. He can randomly be found by entering demon areas in Karazhan: Hall of Pain/Demons and I'm pretty sure Banquet Hall/Imps too. Once free he'll join your brothel, not as a follower but in the basement with the taurens you can buy earlier.
Same way as with other transformations: homine fruit from the farm or the stripper mini-game with the leather underwear.
can anyone please share a sex scene I want to look at it to see how it is and if this is worth downloading

I gotta say, I'm growing to hate Adan's weird seethrough suit thing. I think he looked WAY better in his leather armor that he wore on the street.
Do the dildos do anything? I "used" one and it just kinda floated there during the striptease thing and just spat hearts out of the base. Doesn't even appear as an option for non-solo shows. I went gay to easily farm them too, what a waste.
The sexuality mechanic continues to confuse me. I was listed at heterosexual with a 3:2 M/F ratio, and then that lasted until I had 1 more male encounter than female where it declared me entirely homosexual.

There's lots of M/F content, but be aware that content is unlabeled, and something not to your tastes might just spring up on you. You can skip any scene by pressing escape, but if that kind of thing is a serious turn off, you might want to give it a pass.

Currently you have to leave the stripper position unassigned. Then select the striptease mini-game, an underwear, a dildo, and you'll get the different dildo animations. There are 3 different animations, similar to dancing with a follower at 100 affection: dance with the dildo floating, sucking on the dildo, getting fucked by the dildo. If you have a follower assigned to the strip pole, you'll only get the first animation with the dildo. If your affection level is above 40 with that follower, you won't get any dildo options at all, and the mini-game will use animations for that follower (I don't think there are any for the 2 worgens though).

i was a bit concerned about this game everyone saying that it has more gay content than straight i just wanted to be sure... Thanks BTW
I haven't played in a bit, but the last time I played it had dramatically more gay than straight with each update adding more gay.
Which is why I stopped playing it.

There're LOADS of straight content, but there're more gay content. If you are NOT OK with "more gay content than straight content", instead of just enjoying what the game offers to you, then there you go.

No need to get so defensive my guy. In the same way that straight porn isn't up some people's street, gay porn doesn't do it for others either. No need to act like a snob about some people not enjoying it.

If you're actually curious, it's the language you use that sets a tone.
"instead of just enjoying what the game offers to you, then there you go."
This part in particular. It's essentially dismissive of the opinions of someone who wouldn't be able to enjoy it because all of the gay stuff is such a turn off for them.
On the internet especially, with a lack of way to convey tone, replying without an easily readable agreement or supportive clause can easily be interpreted as picking a fight. There's not really much room for completely neutral statements like a real conversation would have. The internet equivalent to it would just be not replying.
So when someone reads that post, they ask "why did they even post this," because most people who read things don't bother replying. You weren't really answering a question, so the presumptive tone is negative.

Someone asks about the game, and got mixed answers, so I was trying to give him a better picture of what can be expected.

I didn't see them in an older save (5.6.5) after downloading 5.7, but on a new game they showed up in the stripper mini-game. Clicking on them explains how to get them. One is Robert's dildo from the sex shop, the others are awarded after defeating various enemies 10x each.
edit: the dildos show up in the stripper mini-game in certain circumstances: (1) you don't have a follower assigned to the stripper pole and you play the striptease mini-game, (2) you have a follower assigned but your affection level with that follower is below 40 (or probably at 40 without giving them a gift). In my older save the dildos showed up after I switched which follower was on the pole.
There's also a new collection icon at the bottom which shows all armor, underwear, dildos, weapons, and what you've collected. That screen doesn't explain how to get them though.

After the last updates, I don't stop replaying, and replaying again ... And again ... - I think I have become addicted to this game ... (I even became deeply addicted to the guy from the sex shop ... - this guy is absolutely gorgeous/handsome! And HAF* by the way ... )

the most impressive thing about this is the CGs that have your customer character, I love when games do that. overall I like this a lot.
