It has a few pornographic elements, but it's a horror game at its core. Also quite a few jumpscares.
It's a bit like the first Amnesia game.
Yes there is actual sex, not that much though and it's not the focus of the game.
At one of the endings you can fuck some of those deformed demon blobs.

I have completed the two possible endings and I have to say, that I expected more in terms of the quality of the sexual animations, I also would have liked to be able to replay it like a sandbox inside the mansion and fuck as much as I wanted, even having saved Mabel and living together, a shame, I guess my expectations were too high..
Are there really different endings? The game was pretty linear other than the dialog choice right at the end.
Victor's favourite memory stays the same either way, just the flavour text before the credits changes depending on what you did to the characters you could either kill or spare, which is just the Dr., Jonathan and Mabel.
Couldn't figure out how to save Mabel.

I think this is the longest sex scene and probably the only one that's more erotic than violent. Beware that the male player character gets raped by another man atleast twice. The best scene is the one at the end with Mutant Amanda imo, but it's more creepy than sexy.
Other than that there aren't that many scenes. I was really hoping for more voyeuristic stuff, where you could come across the members of the cult just going at it in different parts of the mansion. like in the prologue the scene with Mabel and the two headed guys.

i paid for this game... kinda disapointed because 80% of the game is me running tryig to sovle puzzle... 10% sex 10 % fight....

Been waiting for this game for the better part of two years and it didn't even show up on my alerts. I feel so cheated, I should have been notified, this is everything I have ever needed in a game, a seemless blend of Grotesque and Sexy, in a horror porn game. The first Lust For Darkness was good, but was sparse on the porn side, though admittedly porn wasn't the goal of the game. This one however has promised to deliver in that category and my body is so ready for it. Yv'h Iauv'abrarc, Yv'h Lusst'ghaa.

Sorry, the game only has auto save and this was the only one I backed up. This is also the only save point that's right before a sex scene. Otherwise you have to go through half an hour of puzzles for a few seconds of animation and you might not even find the way, if you're unfamiliar with the game mechanics.
