Just a thought:

325 pages of posts in the thread and most of them are from people that need help.
Doesn't look good when that many people are having trouble just playing it !!!!
Seeing how the game is structured,,, it's very close to a sandbox game but in a house only setting ( so far for me anyway)
Game should come with a warning about that ,,, not to mention the mini games.

The phone icon to take the photo appears on only one screen during that scene. Try repeating it, because I remember that I couldn't find the phone to take the photo either, until after repeating it I noticed that detail.

He usually does an update in 1-2 months and adds a 0.1 after every update. So thats a good way to get a rough estimate.
