did you try universal gallery unlocker? (copy mod file to game i always try hard version first but sometimes it only works with soft one... also if you delete mod afterwards it will be locked again)

No need for a mod or RPA extractor. You can do it with any game just by changing a config
Open the folder where your game is
Navigate to renpy/common/00console.rpy
You can open this file with any text editor, like notepad
Locate the lines that say

    # If true, the console is enabled despite config.developer being False.
    config.console = False

Just replace "False" with "True", save and close the file.
Then once you are in game, you can open the console using Shift + O

I use it all the time to follow some variables.

So, did the "rework" include making it playable? Coz last I heard (though I didn't test it myself at the time) it was a buggy mess.

I played and beat this game earlier this year without problem.


As for the update:

Is the changes good or bad? Like, he's wanting to be with Steam guidelines so I'm assuming it's nothing worth "upgrading" if I enjoyed the previous version.
