As long as people like his games then why should he change. If you played his last game, you will know there are different girls with different size of boobs in his game. So just because right now only has over size boobs girl. That doesn't mean in the future he won't put in some small size one.

It's a very grindy game and it's like that since the very first vesion, but there is that work in progress story mode which is supposed to soften/disable the stat grind.

Well there are a few games which use pictures from real persons but you could argue there are fake too since they are just pictures and not the real pairs. (and most of those are from pornstars/bimbos anyway)

I really dont know about playing this dude's games without extras, werent a lot of the scenes in My Cute Cousin from the extra? At least pretty much all of them were in the "extras" folder.
